You already have an appointment for Thursday\, April 22. \nWhat You Need to Know \n\nYou must be 18 years or older to receive the Moderna COVID‐19 vaccine.\nYou must not currently have symptoms of COVID‐19 or have been diagnosed with COVID‐19 within the past 10 days.\nYou cannot have received any other vaccine within two weeks prior to clinic date.\n\nClick this link to register:\nhttps://www.i-info.com/registry/registry.aspx?evt=73A4CF034719498D873F59A44B9CF54D \n\nChoose your appointment time.
