Congressman Cuellar to Tour Completed USDA Treatment Plant

U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar will be at 815 Goliad Road to visit the newly constructed, state-of-the-art USDA Wastewater Treatment Plant. The public is invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
