Opening Day Ribbon Cutting and Dedication of Sports Complex Park

The City of Floresville is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Floresville Sports Complex Park (Phase I), with the park dedication ceremony taking place at 10 am. The grand opening will unveil the new baseball and football fields. The Floresville City Council initiated planning for the Floresville Sports Complex in 2016 in conjunction with the Floresville Economic Development Corporation and 4a Corporation. Since that time, significant planning and resources have gone into this park. The park plan was awarded a million dollar matching grant from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Outdoor Recreational Grant to assist with the development of the sports complex and River Park Phase II.  RSVP to citysecretary@floresvilletx.gov.
