The City of Floresville is excited to welcome vendor participation in the 2024 Fourth of July Festival! Vendor registration deadline is June 21, 2024 at 5 p.m. To submit your registration, please complete the form below. Unless otherwise noted, all fields are required.

Vendor Fees

  • Food Vendors: $75
  • Promotional Space: $0

We are accepting CHECK, CASH, OR MONEY ORDER as forms of payment.

Vendor Rules & Regulations

  • Vendors will be provided a designated area.
  • Vendors area will be set up depending on layout of event.
  • Vendors will be permitted to enter event grounds and set up between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon. Roll up door will close at 12 noon.
  • Vendors must contain their display within the space rented.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 NSF fee.
  • Arts and crafts vendors are responsible for collecting/paying Texas state sales tax as applicable to their product.
  • All food vendors must have food permit issued by the City of Floresville. For more information, contact the Permit Department at City Hall or call (830) 393-3105.
  • No parking or loading will be permitted within the actual event area.
  • Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance due to limited space.
  • There will be NO rain dates. If event is cancelled due to weather, funds paid will be allocated for the next event only. If the vendor does not submit application for following event, credit becomes void.
  • In the case of vendor’s cancellation, vendor must personally notify the Event Center Supervisor at (830) 393-7070 seven days prior to the event date. Vendor credit allocation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Community event organizers retain the right to prevent future participation of any vendor of conduct deemed unacceptable and/or detrimental to the mission and reputation of the Floresville 4A Corporation, the City of Floresville, and the Floresville Event Center representatives.
  • The vendor releases and holds harmless the Floresville 4A Corporation, the City of Floresville, the Floresville Event Center Representatives and its sponsors from liability due to breakage, theft, injury, or bodily harm while at the community event.
