The duty of Floresville Police Department Administration is to oversee the day to day operation of the Floresville Police Department which encompasses many functions. Some of the routine functions include:

  • Contact with the public, city staff, and other governmental agencies relating to law enforcement activity
  • Coordinating training events for law enforcement officers
  • Ensuring that all criminal cases are investigated and filed properly
  • Ensuring police vehicles are properly maintained
  • Approving of all police reports
  • Ensuring that the police department is constantly in compliance with standards set by the State of Texas
  • Ensuring that necessary measures are in place to provide optimum safety and protection for the citizens and visitors of our community
